CV
Lingerie is often seen as a purely functional garment, hidden beneath clothing, but I believe it holds powerful potential to express personality and boost confidence. For me, each project is a space for open creativity, where nothing is off-limits and every idea has value.
I bring a positive, adaptable attitude to every team I join, always ready to take on new challenges. With strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for learning, I aim to contribute meaningfully across all areas of a project. I’m excited to keep growing—both aesthetically and technically—through opportunities that allow me to explore diverse approaches within the luxury lingerie industry.
PANACHE Sheffield, Junior Technical Grader July 2024 - Present
PANACHE Sheffield, Trainee Technical Grader July 2022 - July 2024
-
At Panache, I play an active role in developing innovative lingerie, swimwear, and sportswear products designed specifically for D–K cup sizes, ensuring high standards of fit and comfort. My work spans the entire product journey, from creating first patterns and concept samples to delivering gold seal production garments for upcoming SS26 and AW26 collections.
-
A key part of my role involves attending fit sessions, where I identify and solve fit issues creatively to maintain consistent shapes and sizes across the full range. I use Optitex software to grade patterns precisely, and through varied projects, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how flat patterns translate into 3D garments on diverse body types.
-
Each day brings a mix of technical challenges and creative opportunities. I manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting tight critical path deadlines, ensuring smooth progress from concept to final product. Additionally, I lead a seasonal mini design project for swim accessories, handling everything from initial idea pitches and pattern drafting to sample construction for lifestyle photoshoots.
-
To support continuous improvement, I also participate in meetings aimed at enhancing our use of Vision PLM software, helping the team streamline processes and improve collaboration.
-
Working at Panache has broadened my technical expertise and deepened my passion for creating inclusive, beautifully fitting luxury lingerie.
Crystal Martin HK, Design Intern
-
During my internship with Crystal Martin, I worked closely with the Victoria’s Secret team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. I supported multiple projects simultaneously, learning how to meet tight deadlines without compromising on creativity or detail.
-
I created Bills of Materials and Method of Make sheets, attended pass-off meetings, and prepared design boards for director-level presentations. A key part of my role was conducting trend research and forecasting for 2019–2021, which I translated into mood boards and concept ideas for new collections.
-
Throughout the internship, I gained hands-on experience across lingerie, swimwear, and nightwear categories while also being inducted into other brand teams such as H&M, Lane Bryant, Gymshark, Uniqlo, Lululemon, and GAP. These insights broadened my understanding of different customer profiles and global design expectations.
-
One of my highlights was building a mini collection for the Victoria’s Secret Fall ’20 “Censored Collection” as part of the internship project. I developed initial designs, refined one into a final garment, created the pattern and constructed the piece myself. This hands-on experience allowed me to connect design concepts directly with technical execution, strengthening my skills across the full product development process.
-
The experience gave me a valuable introduction to the full product lifecycle—from sales and costing to design and production—setting the foundation for my technical and creative career.
